Chiang Mai man dies after crashing bike on Bangkok Road

A 29-year-old Chiang Mai man has died after crashing his motorcycle on a Bangkok highway.

The deceased, Mr. Thammanoon Amphan Pho Rojan, 29, was driving his motorcycle at speed along Phaholyothin Road (Highway 1) in Pathum Thani when he lost control and crashed this morning, Nov. 21, at 5:30 a.m at the 29 + 800 kilometer mark.

According to witnesses, Mr. Rojan’s bike started sliding before flipping him into a concrete barrier head first. Naturally, he wasn’t wearing a helmet.
