A 14-year-old boy has died after he came off his motorcycle in Lampang yesterday, April 7.
The accident happened on Phahonyothin Road (Highway 1) between the 626 and 627 kilometer markers in Mae Thot, Thoen District at around 2:45 p.m.
The deceased, Mr. Apiwat Anu, a M.3 student at a local school, had spent the day with friends before heading home when the accident occurred.
Reports aren’t entirely clear but it’s believed that he may have clipped another motorcycle at high speed although there was no evidence of other vehicles or bikes at the scene.
Police are said to be investigating.
