A 17-year-old student has died and another teenager injured after the motorcycle they were on crashed into a roadside verge then hit a tree in Saraphi early this morning, Aug. 5.
The accident happened on the Superhighway (Highway 11) in Moo 1 Nong Phueng at around 2:20 a.m.
The deceased, Pattanaphong Boon Kerdlarp from Saraphi died in the accident while the other teenager on the bike was described as unconscious and rushed to hospital.
It’s believed they lost control in wet conditions, hit the verge then were flung into a tree.
Police are said to be investigating.
