The body of one missing soldier has been found while those of two other soldiers remain missing following a boating accident in Nan Province.
The three soldiers, named as Narong Intai, Admiral Warmong and General Phraya Yuthapongboon went missing when a boat they were in overturned in a boating accident on the Nan River September 3.
Soldiers and emergency services workers have been searching for the three since.
According to Thai language media, the three men were in a “rowing boat,” likely a racing scull, as part of a series of army races when the accident occurred.
The search for the bodies of the two remaining soldiers continues.
