Burmese man kills boss over pay dispute in Saraphi

A Myanmar national has been arrested after he murdered his boss following a dispute in relation to pay in Saraphi yesterday, July 1.

The murder occurred in Moo 1 Chompu at around 5:30 p.m.

Upon arriving at the scene, police found the body of Mr. Soonthorn Rungchotechuang, 51 from Nong Hoi dead on the ground with stab wounds and injuries consistent with being hit by a shovel.

A bloodied knife and shovel were found at the scene.

The murderer, Mr. Ong San made no attempt to flee and admitted confessed his crime to police.
