A car accident involving two vehicles on Rural Highway 3029 – the second Chiang Mai ring road, ended up with one of the vehicles ending up in a lake.
The crash occurred during peak hour around 8:30 a.m. near Payap university causing lengthy traffic delays as far back as San Sai and San Kamphaeng roads.
One person was reported to be injured.
