A Lampang driver is crediting a lucky Garuda key chain after he survived a horror car crash Saturday night, April 25.
The accident occurred on Highway 1 near the exit to Wan Mon Phaya Chae in Phichai, Mueang Lampang just before 10 p.m.
Pictures from the scene show a crumpled black Suzuki Sierra that has hit a tree at high speed.
Emergency workers expected to find a seriously injured or dead person but instead found the unnamed driver with only minor injuries. He was treated at the scene and declined to be taken to hospital.
