A man has died after accidentally falling into a food processor in Lamphun yesterday, Sept. 4.
The accident happened at a food processing plant in Moo 4 Ban Klang, Mueang Lamphun at around 12:30 p.m.
The deceased man, Mr. Chatchai Kaewadit, 36 from Panthong, Chonburi province was said to be sweeping food scraps with a broom when the broom was “sucked in” to the food processing machine, followed by Mr. Kaewadit himself.
An autopsy found that Mr. Kaewadit’s ribs were broken and his internal organs had been crushed.
