One person has died after the car he was driving struck an electricity pole in Doi Saket early this morning, April 1.
The accident happened on Doi Saket – Bo Sang Road in Mae Khue at around 1:30 a.m.
The deceased, Mr. Thewin Kaew Ngam, 48, is said to have been heading at high speed towards Choeng Doi when he lost control of his vehicle on a bend.
According to one Thai language report, Mr. Ngam was “tightly packed in front of the car,” referring to the extent of the damage.
Police are said to be investigating.
