One man has died and 20 water buffalo were injured when a truck flipped over in an accident in Phayao early this morning, March 14.
The accident happened on Ban San Kha Cho – Huai Nam Khao Road in Moo 7 Tha Wang Thang, Mueang Phayao at around 4:45 a.m.
The victim, Mr. Kitisak Phanphol, 30 is said to have lost control on a corner on the road with the weight of the vehicle causing it to flip completely upside down.
Police are said to be investigating.
