Police have a arrested a drunk man who had passed out after he had been waving a gun around in front of villagers in Chai Prakan.
The incident occurred in Ban Tha, Moo 4 Nong Bua yesterday, Dec. 23.
Police attended the village after being informed by locals that a man with a gun was present.
Upon arrival, they found Mr. Nakarin Wipha, 35, passed out drunk (see picture above) with the gun next to him.
He has been charged with carrying firearms and ammunition into cities, villages, communities or public roads without a reasonable cause.
