Praise has been been given to a man who generously gave away 100,000 baht and 500 meals to those in need outside the Ruamchok Mall in Fa Ham yesterday, April 15.
The man, who goes by the name of Panya Saephan said on Facebook that he was motivated to give away the money and food as he felt depressed seeing news every day on how people were doing it hard during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“It’s a very small amount of money for rich people but very big for those who are in the situation now today,” Saephan wrote. “I want to help. Even if it’s not much. I have a chance to do good things today. Today, if I help many lives to get through 1-2 more days that is real merit.”
Not surprisingly his act of kindness has made national headlines and is being praised on social media.
