A summer storm that ripped through Phrae last night, May 20 has brought down trees and damaged homes.
The storm struck just before midnight affected homes in Nong Muang Khai, Sung Men and Mueang Phrae Districts.
15 homes were damaged in Tambons Suan Khuen, Huai Ma Ma, Sungen, Ban Kwang and Nam Cham in Mueang Phrae with power lines also down.
Tambon Ban Thin in Mueang Phrae was particularly hard hit with 16 homes reported as suffering from damage.
Emergency services workers along with representatives of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation were assisting with a cleanup and repairs to homes with damage.
