Three teenagers have survived after the car they were in slammed into a tree in Doi Lo yesterday, Feb. 19.
The accident occurred in Ban Mai Don Chai, Moo 8 Yang Khram at around 12:30 p.m.
The driver, Mr. Jeong Aroonkrapi, 18 from Omkoi was driving to San Pa Tong when the accident occurred. The others in the car were not named but described as being “young.”
The cause of the accident is not known with those in the vehicle claiming that the car “broke down” causing the driver to lose control and smash into the tree.
Local police, however, believe that it’s more likely that the car was being driven at high speed and with “negligence.”
