Three houses destroyed by fire in Lampang

Three houses have been destroyed after a fire broke out in one then spread to the others in Lampang May 21.

The houses were located in Moo2 Bunnak Phatthana, Mueang Lampang with the first fire breaking out at around 10:30 p.m.

The initial fire started at house number 67 in the moo with high winds causing it to spread to 67/2 and 65, both neighboring properties.

Emergency services did attend the scene but with all three homes being wooden there wasn’t much they could do to save them.

The fires themselves took nearly five hours to bring under control with damage estimated to be around 3 million baht.

Surprisingly the cause of the fire was not immediately presumed to be a short circuit with an investigation underway as to how it started.
