Nok Air is expanding its flights out of Chiang Mai International Airport by adding a new service to Ubon Ratchathani.
Initially, there will be four return flights a week running Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday starting March 31 using a 70-seat ATR72 aircraft.
The flights leave Chiang Mai at 9:25 a.m. and arrive in Ubon Ratchathani at 11.20 a.m. The return flight leaves 11:50 a.m. landing back in Chiang Mai in 1:40 p.m.
The intro price on the route is 1,998 return subject to availability.
The service is the first direct flight between Chiang Mai and Ubon Ratchathani since AirAsia exited the route last year.
