One man is dead after the vehicle he was driving lost control and overturned in roadside ditch on Phayao – Dok Kham Road early this morning.
The decrease is named as being Dr. Thip Ya Pho, 40 with the vehicle, a black Mitsubishi Pajero having Phayao registration.
The cause of the accident is unknown. Authorities are investigating.
