LANNA RUGBY TENS LEAGUE LIVES ON!!
After the hugely successful trial run last year with the Lanna Rugby Tens League, which saw Chiang Mai All Stars claim the title after battling it out against Lanna Rugby Club in the finals, there has been much interest to bring it back.
After months of stress with COVID 19, the coaches of Lanna Rugby Club, Payap Rugby Club, and Chiang Mai Institute of Physical Education were able to hold a meeting to discuss the next chapter of the league.
After a friendly back and forth the coaches decided, as there are three teams in the league so far, to play each other three times with a final to be held at the end. The league will run from September 2020 to December 2020. Each team will only be allowed to use five substitutes maximum per game this season.
As the league won’t commence until September there is still time for Chiang Mai University, Chiang Mai University Engineers, Maejo and Chiang Mai All Stars to contact The Lanna Rugby Tens Director to join the league for the second season. The schedule below is how the league will play out currently if the league remains as is.

LANNA RUGBY CLUB BACK IN ACTION!
After a long arduous break, Lanna Rugby Club will be back in action as of the 11th July.
We will have regular weekly practice every Saturday. Grassroots rugby (5years old -15years old) for both boys and girls from 13:00 – 14:30 and men’s open age (16+ years old) from 14:00 – 16:00.

The first session is free, to give you a taster of how we do things. Thereafter there is a weekly fee, along with a one-off yearly membership.
Weekly Fee:
50B / session – student, 100B / session senior
Membership:
1500B – student, 2000B – senior
(this includes a: training top, first-team shorts, first-team socks, social polo and the ability to play rugby for LRC)
Membership renewal:
500B – student, 1000B – senior
(Not including sports gear)
1500B – student, 2000B – senior
